Niagara Escarpment





Halton Hills contains part of the Niagara Escarpment.  Winding almost 800 km from Niagara to Tobermory, it was designated a World Biosphere Reserve in 1990.  Bruce Trail, Ontario's most popular footpath is an must see when visiting the Acton area!

Williams Mill Visual Arts Centre



The Williams Mill Visual Arts Centre in the historical village of Glen Williams is open to the public.  Watch the artists as they create in glass, silver, textile, clay, wood, water-colour, acrylic or other media.

Old Seed House Garden

Willow Park Ecology Centre





Willow Park Ecology Centre is a nature preserve that provides habitat for plants and animals. Its approximately 2.1 hectares or 5 acres on the banks of the West Branch of the Credit River make it ideal for nature study, education and relaxation. Head to Acton every Saturday from May 20th to October 28th to visit the World's Largest Garage Sale!
